Bad News..
I just wanted to let you know that I am having a little time out. If emailing I may take a little longer than usual to get back to you. Unfortunately our news re: Gary's job today wasn't good and he lost his job. As you can probably imagine my mind is on other things right now. I have a few things I will post over the next few days for challenges which I have already created.

My thoughts are with you & your family. It will work out. It happened to us In Dec 2007 & my husband is a full-time student starting over at 48 yrs old.
Stay strong God will give you strength. That i know.

Nikki, I'm sorry to hear this. I pray it all works out for the best and that Gary finds an even better job that he'll like even more. I know its tough right now, but keep your chin up. I believe God is there for you and your little ones and won't let you down if you trust Him! He loves and adores you and your family. Take all the time you need away from blogging and focus on what you need to. We'll all still be here, and so will all your adoring fans. WE LOVE YOU!!!

Nikki, I am so sorry. I know how frustrating and scary this is for your family. However, I have faith that things will get better for you. I will pray that Gary finds another job soon. Try to have strength...be as supportive as you can for him. I know it scary for you, but someone told me (when we were concerned about Scott's job), that he is under a lot of stress...so he needs support from you more than ever! Big, Big Hugs!!

AWW..Nicki..im so sorry to hear this hun..i really feel for you and hubby..it was only the other week we went thou a weeks wait knewing if hubby would keep his job..and i can tell you there was lots of sleepless nights..hunting on the internet for a job just incase...and then the wait was over..but he was lucky enough to stil have his job..but for the 110 workers at his factory they wasn't so lucky....You never think it will happen to you..but when it hits home...its a totaly nightmare...so nicki i pray that something comes along..very soon for your hubby.Hugs to you all xxx and ive got my fingers crossed hun xx clare xxxx

It's so hard to hear this kind of 'bad' news. Be strong and optimistic. My husband went through 35 years of highs and lows (food stamps & financial aids)with his construction job and I always worried whether we'd see the light at the end of that tunnel. It's a gut wrenching feeling but we had to hang tight. We survived to retirement and appreciate everything we have. You can do it too. My prayers are with you and your family. MarilynY

soz to hear your news hun... hubby lost his job 3 month ago so know how you are feelin right now.... fingers crossed everything will work out for the best.. your the 2nd person ihave heard to day of there hubbys loosin their jobs.... keep you chin up hun... things have a way of workin out... mine has change what he wanted to do now and has just started a new job this week in social care with disabled people...

Oh, Nikki...I'm so sorry...I know so many who are going through this, but that doesn't make it easier when it happens to yet another friend. My hubby will be working every other week for a while....which still stinks, but at least he can say he still has a job (for now). My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family! Big hugs, sweetie!

There is nothing really that I can say to make you feel better right now, I know you are scared, and upset and unsure of what the future holds, and probably even a tiny part of you is wondering how to craft after this!!! (I am sure that is one of the last things on your mind, but I know it would cross mine and then I would feel selfish for the thought so if you have had it know that we all would!!!!)
I really hope that Gary can find a new job soon and somthing comparable to what he had before!!!
I am so sorry for your loss and you go ahead and grieve because you have had a loss that requires grieving!!!
We will all be there for you when and if you feel up to coming back to blog land!!!

I am so sorry to hear this. it is soo stressful. But as others have said, things will work out. For us it ended up a blessing when my husband lost his job. But I wish you the best until things turn around!!!
