With the kiddies being on Easter holiday and not as much time to play I have cheated a little today and combined two challenges. The first is A Spoon Full of Sugar and this week we are asking you to get out your punches or use die cuts. We have a great prize and our sponsor is Regina from The Cutting Cafe. Regina is offering one lucky winner the choice of any 3 sets in her store.
Then over at the Scrapmagasinet DT blog our wonderful Heather has the below great sketch for you. With a fabulous prize of $250 NOK worth of stamps who wouldn't want to join in! Get those Scrapmagasinet stamps out ladies!
The sweet little baby used on my card today is from Scrapmagasinet set Baby 102. This is such a cute little set which has 3 main images and also 5 accessory stamps. Image coloured with copic sketch for the skin tone and the rest of my image with Prismacolor Pencils with sansodor and paper stumps for blending. The pretty papers are from DCWV Nanna's Nursery Baby Girl stack. The main piece of backing paper is what I found in my stash and is handmade. For our Spoon Full die cut challenge I have used Martha Stewart punch doily lace, SU Window punch, Flower Shapeabilities and Cuttlebug corner die from the Vintage set. The sweet brad used in the centre of my flower is from a set by Imaginisce - Baby Powder Nursery Safari Epoxy.
Now to some exciting news... The next High Hopes Hullabaloo takes place starting this Thursday, April 16th, and will run every day until the release date, Sunday April 19th. I will be posting a card on some of the days leading up to the release, and will also post a link to the Divas that will also be participating. I'll give you a teeny hint about this next release: girly girl and bugs galore!
See you Thursday with the first sneaky peak!
