This week over at the High Hopes blog our super talented Guest Karen is asking us "Can ya doodle"? I'm afraid my doodles are a very poor show... hands up... no I can't doodle! This is just one area I have never felt comfortable and I get annoyed with myself as some of you girls make it look so easy. I have used a Sakura Souffle pen to doodle a little pattern on my SU punched photo corners. Yeah.. pathetic I know! I am sure my wonderful DT buddies will show you lots more inspiration!The adorable little bee image is from the recent High Hopes release. The cute papers are Imaginisce Twitterpatted. I used some pale pink Jute ribbon for a little added texture. You can find this in lots of gorgeous colours in my Etsy store. The "For you" embellishment I picked up in Tesco. My image is coloured with Prismacolor papers with Sansodor and paper stumps for blending. I finished by adding lots of stickles to her wings.
A picture of kitty today.. yeah, she sure does looks impressed, lol! I'm naming this photo Kitty deathlock! I'm sure Bella really looks forward to her two hours rest on weekdays when Danni is at Nursery. She just doesn't give poor Bella a moments peace!Have a wonderful Sunday and see you for a big celebration on Tuesday when A Spoon Full of Sugar will be celebrating our first birthday!

Don't be sad that you aren't a doodlegirl. But I know for sure that you are one of the girls that is very creativ in other techniques. That's why it is always so much fun to visit your blog. And ofcourse you seem so nice :-) Love the bee with his little heart.

very sweet card love the bee I have just ordered one of the bee designs they look fun,the colours you have chose are fab and your doodling is great but I know what you mean about some people making it look so easy I am not a doodler if thats a proper word lol.
I love this Bee card! The prisma colors look wonderful shaded! your doodles are cute, you at least tryed right, who cares how much doodling you can do I think it all looks great!!

Nikki this is just awesome!! I adore the way you colored in this bee and the sparkle on her wings!!! Thetwo flowers are beautiful and I really like the use of that mesh on the side1 I ahve been seeing tha tmore and more and think I might have to pick up some!!
Oh and Danni is adorable!!! I just love the grin on her face and the way your cat looks like she can hardly wait to escape! Reminds me of Izzy and poor tuxy! I think the animals secretly like it though. Tuxy always hangs around her even though she is harassing him! LOL!
