Craft Stamper Magazine Projects

Now that the new copy of Craft Stamper Magazine is now in the shops I thought it was now safe to show you my work from the last issue. It was so exciting to have my work in print and even more exciting that I have been asked to do another future article. I won't go into the details of these projects but if you have any questions do ask away. All these cute stamps are by High Hopes Rubber Stamps and were loving drawn by artist Crissy Armstrong. Stamps used: Large Monkey Mike, Stretch, Timothy Tiger, Walkabout Wally, Camilla Gorilla, Frances Owl, Elmer Elephant and single banana. All these characters can be purchased from Silly Monkey Crafts.

Before I go I just wanted let let you know that my daughter Zoe and her friend Hannah's new challenge has started over at Crafty Monkey's. There is a fabulous prize of a Rachelle Anne Miller stamp which may tempt your under 16's to join in. If you have a small prize you could donate for a future challenge we would be so grateful.

Have a great weekend!

Ismaki Sketch & Reader Story

I couldn't wait to play with one of my hanglars from the new Fall club kit. Thank you so much to my dear friend for ordering for me. It's been a while since I have had time to join in with Ismaki and this week they have a fabulous sketch by Kiki. I made my corner swirl by using the cuttings left from using the Fiskars punch.

My friend Deb has just called to say that she has just seen our Reader Story in November's Issue 58 of "Cardmaking and Papercraft" Magazine. How exciting and I can't wait to get my copy.
Update: Here is the page from the magazine with my reader story. If you click the picture you can see a larger copy. You can see my card here.

Before I go I just wanted to thank you all for your comments regarding Danni. She had a great time at nursery Tuesday and loves her new teacher. I stayed with her for this visit and Monday will be her big day.

Back soon with some spooky creations as my new Silly Monkey Crafts DT kit has arrived with some yummy CC Design stamps.

Have a great Thursday!
Hugs,

Cute Card Thursday and News

Above is my entry into this weeks Cute Card Thursday Challenge. This week they would like to see Pink on your work. Not too hard as this is my favourite colour! I made a very simple postcard today to pop into one of my friends swap packages. My last few cards have been quite time consuming (even though I loved working on them) so wanted to do something a little simpler. The cute little bear is a Hanglar and the dp is from the PM Simply Elegant Paper pack. Image coloured with my Prismacolour pencils with Sansodor an paper stumps to blend.

How exciting I have my first article published in October issue of Craft Stamper Magazine. This issue hit the shops today. You can see my article here on their previewer - though it is too small to read! What is even more fun is that my friend Marlene also has an article in this issue too and we both made the front page!

Have a great weekend.

Happy Mail

Thank you for all your congratulations and messages you left for me. I am coming back down to earth today but don't think I will believe the news until my first dt kit arrives.

I just popped on to show you these wonderful cards I received in the last couple of days. The first is from Heather and was such a a lovely surprise as it was a RAK and totally unexpected. She also sent me some images including some Rackle. Thank you so much Heather and your colouring is just awesome. If you get a chance pop on over to her blog as she is a DT for Scrapmagasinet which have just started a challenge blog using these fun characters.

My second gorgeous card is from my dear friend Agnes. Agnes and her talented little daughter Sanne also sent a wonderful package to Zoe. Thank you both for your friendship and kindness.

Back tomorrow to show you a little something I made for another of Zoe's talented little friends but she hasn't received it yet so I don't want to spoil her surprise.

On another note if you have just received this months (September) issue of Craft Stamper Magazine check out the last page for the Sneak Peak of what's coming next month. Hhhhmmmm I wonder who could have made the High Hopes stretch bookmark with the name Zoe on it? lol! Here is a peek!

Also my very talented mate Marlene has an article in this issue using the cute Ebony stamps. Be sure to check it out! You can even see a glimpse of her article here.

Have a great evening,
