High Hopes Challenge 45!!!

Wow.. I can't believe it's challenge day already... where did the week go? I had a struggle getting my post done this morning as half way through poor Danni was sick!!!

This weeks challenge is hosted by our talented Diva Jeanne. Jeanne is asking you to use your favorite High Hopes image.

The random winner of this weeks challenge will receive the below cute stamp - Jolly old St. Nick. Such a great stamp to get you started with your Chistmas cards!

The fabulous layout used on my card today is from the wonderful challenge site Sketch Saturday. I am so lucky to be sponsoring their challenge this week. Thanks Jo!

I had such a hard time choosing my image for today as I have sooooooo many favourites. I really need to get started with my Christmas cards so choose Snow Sweet Snowlady. High Hopes do an awesome selection of these cute Snow People. My card is really sparkly but this isn't being captured well in the photo's. My Snowlady is stamp in Memento then coloured with Prismacolor pencils with sansodor and paper stumps to blend. I have then given her a light wash over with Sakura Stardust using a damp brush. This gives such a pretty effect. To finish my image I have added stickles to her hat and scarf and cut her out.

The gorgeous papers are from the My Minds Eye Wonderful Winter Glitter stack. This stack is just lush!!! The snowflakes have been cut out with the Martha Stewart Artic Snowflake punch. This is one handy little punch and is sure to get plenty of use over the next few months.

Have a great Sunday and see you Tuesday for the next Spoon Full and also Scrapmagasinet challenge.
