Just a quick post today as it's Zoe's 9th birthday on Sunday. I am sure if you have kids you know that birthday's always go on for a few days at this age. The celebrations start tomorrow after school and end Monday with her party so not much time for crafting!Anyway on to my card.. this cutie pie is High Hopes Summer's Sweetness with "One in a Melon" sentiment . Don't you just love her chubby little cheeks and toes! These papers are from DCWV Nana's Nursery Baby girl stack but I thought the colours would be just perfect. I paper pieced her dress and the rest of the image is coloured with Prisma pencils with sansodor and paper stumps to blend.

Very cute card. And great job with the blending. I'm quite new to crafting and have been seeing so much of those Copic markers for coloring/blending images. The results look great but the markers are so expensive. And for a newbie there's a lot to buy.
Great to know that there are other much more economical ways to color my images. Adding paper stumps to my shopping list. Thanks for sharing.
