High Hopes Challenge 18... and release day!

Happy Sunday! I am hosting the High Hopes challenge today and with Valentines now been and gone... just ;-) ...we move onto our next season - Easter! Our challenge today is "Hoppy Easter". If you don't have any Easter stamps to play along please use any High Hopes Springy stamps you may have. I have used another of the new release stamps on my project today. Keep checking the High Hopes website as depending on when you read this the new stamps may be up on the site.. Yippppeee!!

I had the idea to decorate an egg box and fill with yummy cadbury's eggs. I gently removed the label from the box and used this as a template to make the new cover. Oh yes.. the egg box really is this bright in real life! I shredded some paper to make the inside of my look like a nest.. very Blue Peter! lol If you join our challenge today you will have the chance to win this cute bunny stamp and sentiment I have used today!

Images coloured with Prismacolor pencils with sansodor and paper stumps to blend. Just to let you know I have also updated my Primsacolor post which contains hints and tips. A lady emailed asking which colours I recommend and what I use them for so thought it would be useful to add this information.

Don't forget to check out the wonderful work of my Diva pals!

Thank you Abi for making my day and passing the above award to me :-)

Before I go I just want to aplogise for my lack of comments over the last couple of days and will be round to visit your blogs today. Only two more days until my blogoversary to be sure to pop back Tuesday as I have not 1 but 5 great prizes!

Hugs,

What a cute bunny! I just love your idea of the egg box to hold Cadbury eggs. I wish our egg cartons were colored too- that would be soooo much fun! I would have to buy some eggs just to get the cartons, lol! We have our own chickens so we have farm fresh eggs everyday and don't have to buy them ;). Have a great week Nikki!
