Scrapmagasinet Challenge - Fall Colours

nikkifarmerrakle

I am a little late posting for the Scrapmagasinet Reader challenge this week as I wasn't feeling too good on Monday. Better late than never and luckily I seemed to have fought off the start of a cold. For this challenge we are asking you to use Fall colours on your card. As always we have a great prize and our lucky winner will win the below fun stamp "only one wish this year" and Santa personalised stamp. How fabulous is that!

If you don't have any Scrapmagasinet stamps to play along be sure to check out the great selection of stamps in my store. I currently have single Rakles in my Autumn sale and also grab bags of Rakles at amazing prices!

I thought this Rakle Farmer image would be perfect for this challenge along with the Basic Grey Papers Indian Summer. This stack is very autumnal with gorgeous browns, burgundy's, oranges and pinks and also leaf designs.

I can also enter my card into the Crafty Calendar Challenge. This fun new monthly challenge run by Georgia who is asking you to make a card/project using Autumn colours. Also the Everybody-Art-Challenge this week has an Autumnal challenge :-)

Look forward to seeing your entries!

Hugs,

High Hopes Challenge 50 - All about kids

nikkiswingingshannoncard

Our host this week over at the High Hopes challenge is our talented Diva Danielle. Danielle's challenge is called All about kids. She would love to see kid images or cards created with kids in mind. High Hopes have the cutest kid characters!

Remember to enter our challenges you need to use High Hopes Rubber Stamps. If your looking to add some to your collection I have a great selection at Bunny Zoe's Crafts.

The random winner of this weeks challenge will receive the below cute stamp - Heidi and Madison.

For my card I used the sweet image Swinging Shannon. I can't believe this cutie hadn't been inked before. I was dying to use the new Basic Grey Nook and Pantry papers. These are available in handy 6x6 pads over in my store. I stamped Shannon and then cut her out using a circle nestabilities. I didn't ink up the rope which is part of the stamp design so I could add the string for some fun texture. I have added some pretty Lemon Raffia Lace for some added texture. I added half back pearls to the corners of my card in yummy chocolate and cappuccino.

Taking the kids to see Ice Age 3 this morning at kids club. The girls are on holiday now for the next week so need to think of some fun activities to keep them amused.

Have a great Sunday!

Zoe and Gemma's Snow Fun

I am sure you see Crissy's awesome card yesterday while on our Wags 'n Whiskers hop but I just wanted to show you her wonderful art and colouring again. To see Crissy's full card click here. These were the photo's of Zoe and Gemma's Snow Fun which inspired Crissy to draw this beautiful design. You may also notice that Zoe has her hair down in the photo which is very rare as she normally has it in plaits 24/7. I cried when I see Crissy's original coloured version of this design. Her fabulous attention to detail and how Zoe's coat matched perfectly down to the colours and white piping. You rock Crissy!!!!!

As you know our Kitten Bella features in the Designs Sweet Danni and also Budding artists. I just wanted to share this photo I took yesterday of Zoe with Bella. Bella is now 7 months old and as you can see is growing up fast!

You may remember our bundle of fluff looking like this back in May...

Well I hope you didn't mind me sharing a little insight into one of our gorgeous designs from our first release. For more details on where to purchase Wags 'n Whiskers Rubber stamp please go to the Wags 'n Whisker blog.

Have a great weekend,
