Now a little about my card today... The image is called Thinking of You and features my daughter Zoe and our cat Gemma. This is a pose you would find Zoe in so often as she is such a list writer!!! She drives me nuts with all the little notes she leaves around the house! lol

My image is stamped in Stazon and coloured with Distress inks. The gorgeous papers, ribbon and brads are from my new kit - Persuasion which is available to buy now at Bunny Zoe's Crafts. Wags 'n Whiskers Release 2 Blog hop

Today marks the 2nd Release from Wags 'n Whiskers Rubber Stamps! There are 8 new images designed by our wonderful artist Crissy Armstrong. We kick off the release today with a blog hop. Love is in the Air!

Love is in the air at Wags 'n Whiskers Rubber Stamps!! I am sooooo excited as today is the first day of our sneak peaks for our release on Friday! Today I am showing you the gorgeous stamp design "With Love". This design is my daughter Danni. Our wonderful artist Crissy Armstrong has done an amazing job as always with the beautiful designs. Thank you Crissy!

My sweet Danni is coloured with Prismacolor pencils with sansodor and paper stumps to blend.

I have decorated a mail box which a friend sent me quite a while ago *waves*, which she picked in Target. I couldn't believe how perfect this box was for this stamp design.

I decorated my box with Bo Bunny papers from the new collection - Persuasion. All products used on this project today including the sentiment Hugs and Kisses will be available to purchase as a kit from Bunny Zoe's Crafts this Friday! The kit comes with co-ordinating double dot paper, charms, chipboard hearts, brads and the gorgeous matching ribbons as shown below. I have created my card today for two challenges :-) The first is A Spoon Full of Sugar where our wonderful designer Joanne is asking us to create a monochromatic card. This doesn't have to be black and white but using various shades of one colour.

High Hopes Challenge - Tall Card

Our new challenge has just started over at the High Hopes blog and our wonderful Diva Amy L is asking us to make a tall card. I must confess to making either 5x5" or 6x6" most of the time, so it made a really great change... thanks Amy!

On my card today I have used a sweet Nutcracker image which has been coloured in Prismacolor pencils with sansodor and paper stumps to blend. I added some Polar White Flower soft to his feather and also some Mustard seed distress stickles for a subtle sparkle. The yellow dotty paper is from the Cosmo Cricket Early Bird pad and the red dotty paper from the Basic Grey June Bug pad. Also added half back pearls, buttons and check ribbon.

Wags 'n Whiskers Challenge - Distressing

This week's challenge over at the Wags 'n Whiskers blog is all about Distressing! So tear some paper, ink up those edges, or rough something up!!

Now a little about my card.. the image is my adorable Sweet Danni with Bella. Stamped in Stazon and then coloured with Distress inks. I also added a little stickles for added sparkles. The gorgeous paper which I tore up was Bo Bunny and the trees were cut and distressed from some other papers which I had from last year. All the edges were chalked with Versamagic Jumbo Java to give a more aged feel. I also roughed up the edges of my card too. The gorgeous flowers in the centres of my snowflakes are Prima mini roses and I have also added some stickles sparkle :-) To finish I added some 4mm flat backed pearls to the corners of my image.

New Guest Designer + Winner!

Hope your having a great week. Can you believe it is 1st December already? The girls are already nagging for the Christmas decorations to go up so look like we'll be doing this together on Saturday. Well it is time to introduce you to my new Guest designer. Before I do though I would like to say a HUGE thank you to dear COCO who did an amazing job and created some beautiful cards thoughout November. Thank you COCO!

I am a working mom, married to my high school sweetheart and we have two girls together. We live in the Netherlands in a small town called Bovenkarspel.

As long as I can remember I love being busy with “crafty” things. I fell in love with stamping and the possibilities of stamps in 2003 since then , I must confess ;), I am a rubber addict! I discovered blogs a couple of years ago and learned so much from a lot of the stamping girls out there. I’m designing for Card Art, Whiff of Joy, Magnolia, Pink Cat Studio and Wags 'n Whiskers Rubber Stamps. It is so much fun and a great chance to get to know a lot of people from all over the world who are loving to do the same thing… create something nice, share this and have fun doing that.

Below is Inge's beautiful card for Bunny Zoe's Crafts using Belle's and Whistles Sunshine and Apples. Inge creates the most fantastic layouts and her colouring is to die for!

The gorgeous gal on my card today is Yvette. Yvette comes with two sentiments and an accessory stamp. She is stamped with Stazon and watercoloured with Distress inks and I also used SU Real Red for her bow and boots. The fabulous papers are one of my favourites right now and are Cosmo Cricket Early Bird. I added the gorgeous new Prima mini roses to the centres of my flowers. These little flower sets make life so much easier as you get 3 different shades of one colour. Punched edge using Martha Stewart Doily Lace.

A Christmas colour combo :-)

Our challenge this week over at A Spoon Full of Sugar was picked by our talented designer Camilla. Camilla has challenged us to a colour combo... with a twist! You have to have brown as your basic colour, then you can choose either pink or blue to go with the brown. As you can see I went for the brown and blue option but just couldn't help myself by adding a little pink too ;-)

I was short on time this week but noticed this hot chocolate set that Zoe had chosen for her teacher was crying out for a little tag. So I coloured my Santa Portrait in the wacky colours to match the mug. I have again watercoloured today. Santa's face has been coloured in Distress inks: Tattered Rose, Tea Dye and worn lipstick. I have added shadows to his beard and hair using Weathered wood. The green on his hat is coloured in Twinkling H2o Key Lime and then shadows added with Distress ink Peeled Paint. The orange is Distess ink Spiced Marmalade with a little H2o Persimmon to deepen the colour and add the twinkles. To finish I cut a white pom pom in half so it fit flat on the paper and added some stickles.

The cardstock for the tag is also sparkly and from the DCWV Taj Mahal stack. For some more fun I added the pop pom ribbon. Then a cute little bow with a snowflake 2 charm and red 4mm flat back pearl to finish.
